1. Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by RE YAZILIM SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. ("RE YAZILIM") acting as data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data We Process

• Via the contact form: full name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message content, and the IP address from which the form was submitted.
• During your visit: server access logs (IP address, date/time, requested page, browser information).
• Via cookies: analytics data about site usage (see the "Cookies" section below).

3. Purposes of Processing

• Receiving, evaluating and responding to your contact and quote requests,
• Communicating with you regarding the services you request,
• Ensuring site security and preventing abuse (spam, etc.),
• Analysing site usage to improve content and experience.

4. Legal Bases

Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the legal bases of being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c), the legitimate interests of the data controller (Art. 5/2-f), and, where required, your explicit consent.

5. Transfers

Your personal data is not sold to third parties or shared for marketing purposes. Limited transfers may occur to infrastructure providers we use to operate the site: our content delivery and security service (Cloudflare) and site analytics service (Google Analytics) are providers with servers located abroad. Data may also be shared with competent authorities where legally required.

6. Collection Method and Retention

Your data is collected electronically, by automatic or partly automatic means, when you visit the site and fill in the contact form. Contact form records are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and meet potential legal obligations; server logs are kept for a reasonable, limited period for security purposes. At the end of these periods your data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Cookies

Our site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the session to work, and Google Analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. Analytics cookies are not intended to directly identify you. You can delete or block cookies at any time via your browser settings.

8. Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, everyone has the right to apply to the data controller to:

• Learn whether their personal data is processed and request information if so,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
• Know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom the data is transferred,
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
• Request deletion or destruction of the data within the framework of Article 7,
• Request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
• Object to results arising against them from analysis made exclusively by automated systems,
• Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

9. How to Apply

You may submit requests regarding your rights, together with documents verifying your identity, in writing to our postal address above, to our KEP address or info@reyazilim.com by email. Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK.
